Domestic Shipping terms and conditions.
- All claims/returns must be approved and must be made no later than 15 days after receipt of order.
- All return merchandise must be in its original box.
- Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge.
- YTC Summit / Furrybones will give credit for merchandise received based on original claim called into office.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Charges for the order will appear as “YTC Summit” on your credit card or bank transactions.
- By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to receive emails with announcements, sales or promotions.
International Shipping terms and conditions.

- All freight will be determined after we pack and weigh the shipment.
- Taxes and duties may be assessed by the destination country. We have no control if you will be assessed these costs.
- Once we have a shipping quote we will contact you by email. Once you approve the quote we will process the order. If you do not approve the quote we will cancel the order.
- If you would like us to use your own shipper account (UPS, FedEx, etc…) you are free to do so. Please contact us with required shipping information and we will process the order accordingly.
